Community & Political Affairs Training Sponsor

Give your members an edge in their business and help them become leaders in their communities.

The Community & Political Affairs (CPA) Training classes are organized and held by authorized CPA Training Sponsors. Sponsors could be REALTOR® boards; NAR Institutes, Societies, or Councils; multicultural real estate organizations; real estate training schools/companies; or brokerage firms.

When you become a CPA Training Sponsor you will be able to offer all three classes an unlimited number of times during a two-year term. There is a sponsor fee of $200 for the two-year term and a renewal fee of $100.   However, we are waiving all the fees in 2013.

NAR has a brochure for associations to provide information on the CPA Training Classes for sponsor as well as a brochure for Realtors® which describes each class.  Print copies of each are available upon request.

If a staff member would like to become an instructor for the EAH or EHO Class, they will need to meet the requirements and submit an application. This information can be found on the EAH (www.realtor.org/eahclass) and EHO (www.realtor.org/ehoclass) class pages.
