Are you still looking to become engaged in a placemaking project in your neighborhood but just don’t know what to do or where to begin? Realtors® need to be aware of how walkable communities may affect their business and the future of real estate. Get the details on what makes a great walkable community; walkability’s impact on real estate; the demand for walkable communities; Walk Scores and MLS; and one community's strategy to become more walkable.
