The President's Cup

The President's Cup is presented annually in November at the NAR Annual Conference to states who meet both advocacy and RPAC goals. The 2014 deadline is October 17, 2014, for all eight goals.

 2013 winners: Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, U.S. Virgin Islands, Vermont and West Virginia.
2012 winners: Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Vermont.
2011 winners: South Dakota and Utah
2010 winners: North Dakota and South Dakota

RPAC President’s Cup Goals Tracker

Advocacy Goals:

1. A state must minimally achieve the NAR national CFA response rate goal of 15 %. REALTORS Political Member Involvement Committee (RPMIC) established this goal in December 2013.

Call for Action Response Rates

2. 100% FPC participation on Calls for Action

Contact James MacGregor at 202-383-1188 for state FPC participation information.

3. & 4. Broker Involvement Goals – choose 2 out of these 4 –

  • Host a State Broker Meeting,
  • Use NAR State Broker Call for Action program by the deadline on at least one CFA in state,
  • Invite NAR REALTOR Party Member Mobilization Liaison to speak at state event.
  • Ask Broker Involvement Council member to give update on Council activities at general membership meeting.
