The President's Cup

The REALTOR® Party Committees and Councils established the following advocacy and RPAC goals for 2013. The President’s Cup will be presented in November at the 2013 Annual Conference.

2012 winners: Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Vermont
2011 winners: South Dakota and Utah
2010 winners: North Dakota and South Dakota

Goals for 2013

Advocacy Goals:	Track Your Progress:
1. A state must minimally achieve the NAR national CFA response rate goal of 15 %. REALTORS Political Involvement Committee (RPIC) established this goal in January 2012.	Call for Action Response Rates
2. 100% FPC participation on Calls for Action	Contact Laura Vogel at 202-383-1021 for state FPC particiation information.
3. & 4. NEW THIS YEAR. Broker Involvement Goals – choose 2 out of these 4 – 10% agent increase in the agents in the Broker Program, Host a State Broker Meeting, Use the new NAR State Broker CFA program by the deadline on at least one CFA in state, Invite NAR REALTOR Party Member Mobilization Liaison to speak at state event.
