In this troubled economy, many REALTORS® are having a hard time keeping their businesses going. NAR know that you need resources that can help you close transactions, and you need them at little or no cost. We've been working on this for you, and have developed the following tools to help you:
FHA Toolkit
Every REALTOR® who wants to sell more homes will benefit from this free online FHA Toolkit on Realtor.org, designed to help you get clients the financing they need in a credit-strapped environment. This is one of the most comprehensive toolkits we have ever produced, and it's available to all REALTORS® at no cost.

At Realtor.org, a new page called NAR Helps You Navigate the Current Economy offers dozens of helpful products and resources, for free online or for purchase (including hard-copy CD-ROM and brochures) at a steep discount. Be sure to visit this section often for quick access to new programs and products.
Credit Crisis Information
On the public policy front, we just announced a four-point plan to stimulate home sales, and we have called on Congress to return to Washington, D.C. after the election to enact it.
