Keith Kanemoto grew up in Longmont and has been licensed since 1996. He graduated with a degree in finance and real estate from the Franklin L. Bruns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at University of Denver in 1999. He began full-time into commercial real estate after graduation in 1999. He is recognized for his market knowledge and understanding of investment financial analysis.

Kanemoto is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Longmont Area Economic Council, Colorado Association of Realtors, Foothills United Way and Executive Committee for Commercial Brokers of Boulder. He was a taskforce member of the Longmont Citywide Strategic Planning Committee and City of Longmont Economic Vitality Taskforce. In 2005, Keith served as President of the Longmont Association of Realtors. Realtor Magazine listed Keith as one of the "30 Under 30" in their June 2005 issue. Keith received the Realtor of the Year award from the Longmont Association of Realtors and President's Award from the Longmont Area Economic Council in 2005.
