Schedule of REALTOR® Party Hub Training

Before you are given access to your live center in the REALTOR®Party Hub you are required to complete either an online or in-person training. Please carefully review the two training program options below before registering to determine which training program is the right fit for you. Your center, the REALTOR® Party Hub software, your training and ongoing platform support is free.
Online training is provided through a combination of instructor-led webinar sessions highlighting introductory concepts and best practices along with in-depth recorded tutorials that you can peruse at you own pace. A number of training outlines are available and each is tailored to the specific needs of different association staff using the system: messaging administrators, advocacy administrators, event administrators or Web content administrators. Training exercises are included as a way to test comprehension, and instructors are available via phone and email if questions arise. The online training courses require several hours a week and extend over a four-week period.
In-person training sessions are held at locations around the country. These live, instructor-led sessions last one full workday and cover the most important concepts of administering your REALTOR® Party Hub center. Training exercises will test comprehension and help students through practical examples and common tasks. Your association is required to cover all lodging, transportation and other related expenses to attend the in-person classes. We have taken care to conduct the training in easily accessible, inexpensive markets to lessen costs. You should expect to need at least one overnight stay to attend these classes, and we have secured discounts at hotels near the computer facility.
Advanced training sessions are designed to help administrators who have been using the tools with advanced knowledge to increase their use of specific modules for enhanced member engagement. You must successfully complete the REALTOR® Party Hub Basics class to register for the advanced sessions.
Post-training attendees also have access to the library of self-paced tutorials covering each REALTOR® Party Hub module in-depth and can take the online classes for a refresher at any time. The online class is also a great way to get new staff trained on the tool. NAR recommends sending your Center Manager to an in-person class and then subsequent module and task specific managers to the online version.
