GetActive Basics Training Schedule

Below is the current GetActive Basics training schedule. All classes are held at NAR Headquarters in Washington, DC unless noted otherwise. NAR will pay the expense for one staff person per association to attend GetActive Basics training. NAR will reimburse your association up to $700 for lodging and airfare expenses. We do not reimburse for subsequent staff or additional staff to be trained or retrained.

The classes are one day in duration and begin at 8:30 AM and end at approximately 4:30 PM.  The GetActive Basics Training covers data management, governing rules and protocols, messaging, advocacy, and reporting. We do not cover events or fundraising in these classes.

Due to the required migration to the new platform in 2010 we are reviewing the training schedule for the fall of 2009. We will not accept any new associations onto the platform after the final GetActive Basics class this year until we can train them on the new platform in the summer of 2010.
