2012 Election Cycle REALTOR® Party RPAC Disbursement Criteria

It is the policy of RPAC to support incumbents who have been supportive of NAR. In order to gauge the deserved level of support, the following criteria will be used to build a candidate profile of incumbents to evaluate support for 2012 Election Cycle funding. The criteria are:

• Individual action taken to advance NAR legislation (speeches, letters, hearings, etc.)

• Co-sponsorship of NAR legislation

• Congressional leadership position

• Congressional committee assignments

• 110^th, 111^th and 112^th Congressional voting record

• D.C. accessibility

• In-state accessibility

• Race competitiveness
