Email Campaigns

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) aims to increase member involvement and investment in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) while also understanding that the best fundraising is driven from the bottom up – by local and state associations. NAR will assist in providing resources and training to association staff members in an effort to support and grow the RPAC fundraising programs across the country.

NAR has dedicated funds and tools available to assist state and local associations. This includes Aristotle staff support who will be available to work with state and locals on a variety of needs such as:

·  Strategic planning – putting together a fundraising plan, timeline and determining how to use the tools to work with existing fundraising efforts

·  Email templates – draft messages that are packaged and ready to be used for an online campaign

·  Graphics and stationary – we work with an in-house graphic designer to develop stationary to wrap your messages and incorporate other graphics needed for emails or webforms

·   Training – provide weekly trainings on 4 different topics every month for local and state staff to understand the tools and capabilities in the PAC Management System

Phone-A-Friend for RPAC

Phone Banks are one-day events hosted by state and local associations to help meet RPAC fundraising and participation goals. Volunteers gather and call potential investors, asking for a RPAC investment.  Logging into a unique website that contains a customized call queue built by association staff, volunteers can take credit card investments, email the investment link to those who wish to invest later and send thank-you notes.

Web Forms

Aristotle web forms, or online donation pages, are used to collect credit card funds from members for RPAC. It is an easy, secure and quick way for members to invest in RPAC. The forms are linked to the associations RPAC bank account so the money directly to you. The receipt details automatically show up in the PAC Management System so that states, locals and national all see the same information. Additionally, it means staff members do not need to take the time to import transactions into the PAC Management System.

Web forms can be set up to meet your needs. Whether you want to post a simple web form to your website or collect funds for an upcoming event, web forms can be customized to meet your fundraising needs!

RAMP – REALTOR® Association Mobile Processor

RAMP is a mobile fundraising tool specifically designed for RPAC fundraising.

How does it work?

The RAMP application is set up on a mobile phone or tablet, allowing staff to collect RPAC investments seamlessly and the investment information to be stored in the REALTOR® PAC Management System for compliance purposes.  RAMP processes all major credit cards and funds are deposited directly into your association’s RPAC bank account.

Benefits

  • PAC Management System: Because RAMP is part of the REALTOR® PAC Management System, there is no need to integrate another third party system. This integration offers complete tracking and detailed reporting in concert with all other fundraising activities.
  • RAMCO, E-Commerce and NRDS Integration: RAMP’s Integration with RAMCO, E-commerce and NRDS eliminates the need to manually enter data or credit card information and look up individual contributors.

To use RAMP, your association must be on the REALTOR® PAC Management System and participate in the Online Fundraising Program.

RPAC Events – Online Tracking

State and local association staff can utilize the PAC Management System to setup events to raise money for RPAC. Staff are able to tie in multiple webforms through email, association websites, and other methods to support events. Staff are able to use tracking and reporting in the PAC Management system to measure the success of fundraising events for RPAC.
