RPAC Major Investor Council
Purpose: To increase the number of RPAC Major Investors and President’s Circle members and overall awareness of these programs at all levels of the association.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strive to personally be an RPAC Major Investor and President’s Circle member;
- Work within state’s existing RPAC infrastructure to meet the state’s 2013 RPAC Major Investor & President’s Circle Goals;
- In collaboration with state and local leadership and NAR Participation Council member, create opportunities to speak and educate on the importance of investing in RPAC at the Major Investor level and participating in the President’s Circle program (opportunities such as Conferences, Committee Meetings, office meetings, etc…);
- Prior to undertaking any activity, meet with state RPAC Leadership to discuss goals and formulate a joint plan including allocation of responsibilities;
- Become intimately familiar with the Major Investor and President’s Circle Benefits Program and Major Investor contribution amounts;
- Host a Major Investor Event(s) via the NAR-sponsored Major Investor Event-Based program;
- Solicit State Association, Local Associations and MLSs to be an RPAC Major Investor;
- In coordination with state Participation Council member, secure RPAC presence at state & local meetings (Major Investor Raffle, etc…);
- Attend the Major Investor Council Training in Washington, DC on January 28, 2013;
- Participate in quarterly webinar meetings and attend meetings held at Midyear Meeting and Annual Convention;
- Judiciously use the $1,000 Major Investor Council budget (reimbursable only) to proactively fundraise;
- Submit minimum one field report per quarter.
