Direct fundraising assistance is for select state and local associations that request and meet specific criteria approved by the National RPAC Trustees. This customized and highly intensive program is designed to meet and exceed annual RPAC goals.
The National Association of REALTORS® provides financial support and retains PAC fundraising consulting firms to work directly with the association in creating and implementing fundraising activities. Complimented by NAR political field staff, this programming includes the following services:
- Market research and analysis
- Specific fundraising recommendations and joint goal-setting.
- Fundraising plan development
- On-site assistance in implementing the plan activities
- On-site staff and volunteer fundraising training
- Monthly tracking and reporting
- Ongoing evaluation and maintenance of programs
- State and local association participants are given scholarship priority for the Annual RPAC Washington Conference

Requirements
- Set minimum RPAC fundraising standards for increasing participation by 5% and total contributions by 10%.
- Agree to pay for logistical costs of REALTOR® meetings for fundraising.
- Demonstrate the organizational capacity, such as a staff governmental affairs director or active executive officer, and commitment to partner with National RPAC.
- Transfer 30% of RPAC funds raised, including both hard and soft dollars, to National RPAC.
