2014 New Real Estate Commission Approved Forms Class

This class presents the newest Real Estate Commission Approved Forms, and goes over which forms are mandatory or optional, as well as the newest provisions that were approved in 2013, and which will be effective on January 1, 2014.  Also, any new legislation which was passed and which affects the new contract forms and provisions will be discussed.
