FasTracks Tour

Be one of the first to ride the FasTracks West Corridor on Wednesday, April 3.  Board the FasTracks cars at the Federal/Decatur station, travel to the Jeffco Government Center station and return.  Walk or drive to the nearby  Mile High Station (2027 West Lower Colfax Ave.) to learn about the Denver Union Station Redevelopment and station area plans for the East corridor to DIA.

You will learn about the land use plans for the West corridor, redevelopment opportunities, and significant projects underway on the West corridor from Lakewood Mayor Bob MurphyThe tour will be followed by a program at Mile High Station about the Denver Union Station redevelopment (terminus of the West line).  The program includes a panel with

  • Bill Mosher, Senior managing Director for Trammel Crow Company.  Mosher represents the Denver Union Station Project Authority.
  • Preservationist and developer Dana Crawford.
  • David Gaspers, Senior Planner Denver Community Planning and Development Department.

The panel will discuss the redevelopment of Denver Union Station, plans for land use around the stations on the East Corridor and transit oriented development opportunities.

The day concludes with a reception.
