This class explains how real estate title and transfers are affected by issues with regard to estates, probate and trusts.  The various types of estates are discussed, including probate; non-probate (joint tenancy); the uses of powers of attorney; guardianship and conservatorship.  How title is cleared in these cases and title concerns.  Also, discussion on various types of trusts and how title is transferred according to those trusts.  How these matters are covered on the title commitment and title policy.  This class is taught by Gary Kujawski, a Colorado real estate attorney.
