This class goes through what a Tax Sale is and why they are done, as well as under what circumstances with the Colorado Counties.  The class goes over the terminology used in the tax sale process, and how property taxes are collected.  The class also goes over the pros and cons of purchasing tax sale certificates, and the numerous title issues involved in transferring title to real property.
