Dear ,
Deliver
Your RPAC Checks!
As
many of you know, RPAC checks make a big impact on a Members campaign. On September
30th each political campaign across the country will be filing
their 3rd quarter report with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
You’ll recognize this in the papers later in the week when you see headlines
about how much “cash on hand” someone may have. Campaign finances are one way
of measuring how well a political campaign is doing. As a result, if you have
received a check from RPAC, it is more important than ever to get your check
into your legislator’s hands before September 30th. Many checks are
still outstanding, so we cannot stress enough that the earlier your legislator
can count on your fundraising support, the better. Remember, every check
absolutely must be delivered no later than Election Day (November 4). Also, please
don't forget to file a field report after you've delivered the check, so we know
it's been delivered.

REMINDER: File your 3rd
Quarter Field Reports
Speaking of field reports, there are just 4 more days until the end of the 3rd Quarter for 2014. If
you haven’t filed your field reports, please do so now. Your window of
opportunity is shrinking quickly. Thank you to all of those who have already
filed. A big round applause to those States where 100% of the FPCs have filed.
These include: Alaska, Colorado, Guam, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New
Hampshire, Oregon, and Washington DC. Thank you! If you are not sure whether or
not you have filed a report this quarter, please review the list of those who
have NOT filed HERE. Thank you for your timeliness on these reports as they are
crucial to moving our advocacy efforts forward.
